Hill Side

This packaging was designed for a brand of tissue paper that uses special local bamboo as a raw material for papermaking. Environmental protection and symbiosis with nature are at the core of the brand concept. With a “black aesthetic concept of packaging”, the aim is to subvert people’s understanding of traditional packaging design. The concept is to showcase stylised white paper-like motifs of an ape, a big panda and a whale. The vivid appearance of the motifs lends the matte black-primed packaging a sense of profound meaning.
