Intero

With its contrast of lightness and strength, Intero redefines modernity and reliability. The key element is the open frame which creates a self-contained line. In contrast to this, the cube on the opposite side looks compact and sturdy, concealing its versatile functionality. Seemingly detached from these supporting elements, the desk has a slim and almost floating appeal, underlining the characteristic polarity in the design of the table range with high-gloss surfaces in combination with matte, slightly porous finishes. Drawers and doors go without handles and are opened via a “push-to-open” mechanism.

Statement by the Jury

The table series pairs contrasting design elements with an extremely reduced construction. The compact and solid pedestal consistently complements the slim frame, communicating an overall self-confident and stable performance.
