Jardín

The Jardín collection, which consists of two lounge chairs of different heights and a sun bed, is a reinterpretation of selected pieces of furniture created by Clara Porset in 1957. The contours have been optimised and the materials updated without altering the original zeitgeist. Instead of the earlier wickerwork, the collection uses a durable high-tech material that is fully recyclable. The gloss-varnished aluminium frame is produced in a colour palette coordinated with the structural weave. The jury was impressed by the “distinctive character of the seating collection, as well as the sensual quality of its overall appearance.”
