Jazzclub Unterfahrt

This celebratory symbol was designed for the 40th anniversary of the Jazzclub Unterfahrt in Munich, Germany. In the sense of a symbiosis of the number 40 and a musical note, it conveys the notion of 40 years and the genre of jazz music. Statements on jazz have been developed to overhaul the appearance of the club and lend it a young and fresh outlook. The individual design elements have been configured to reflect the need for rapid provision of information and a high level of brand recognition.
