Thanks to 3D print technology, the KAV Portola Helmet is tailor made to fit the dimensions of the user’s head. The result is a customised helmet with integrated fit pads designed to slide on impact, allowing the helmet to rotate independently of the head. Furthermore, the pads accommodate a consistent optimised fit even if the rider wears a cap underneath the helmet. Passive cooling ventilates the head without sacrificing aerodynamics, and the hex-based compression structure provides a high level of impact protection.
