The KM 7897 Diamond Series is a full-surface glass ceramic induction hob on which up to six pots, pans or saucepans can be placed and moved. The hob has no pre-set cooking zones, offering flexibility in food preparation. An intelligent pan detection function ensures that the control elements simply move along on the full surface when a pan is moved.. To prevent scratches during cooking and moving, the surface has a DiamondFinish. In this way, the high-quality appearance is retained for a long time.
