The rolling pin is made of aircraft grade, anodised aluminium. With its tapered shape, the pin rests well in the hand. Its hollow core makes sure that the weight is just right; it is neither too heavy nor too light. The anodised surface, which comes in red, blue, slate and black, features laser engraved graduated measurements in both inches and millimetres. This allows rolling out dough to just the right size. In addition, it stays cool after being chilled to keep butter from melting into the dough.
