KNOWING

KNOWING uses artificial intelligence to analyse data provided by different devices and IT systems to detect and locate failures. It reaches users in real time and offers an automatic and intelligent full process from monitoring to failure detection and root cause location. The results of the analysis are presented as topological graphs and give an immediate overview of where action is required. Starting points are highlighted visually by bolder colours that stand out from the muted colour spectrum of the user interface.
