Upon completion in 1973, KOROS in Mannheim, Germany, was considered one of the most modern office buildings ever seen. Some 50 years later, as it is transformed into a centre for “new work”, the listed building is once again at the forefront of pioneering work concepts. The rebranding of the property pays tribute to both the past and the future. The story of the building is told via two design concepts, consolidating the spirit of the 1970s with a bold contemporary approach.
