Trikes are a logical further development of the tricycle and thus a construction of high stability that has long inspired new design ideas. The Kross presents itself as a contemporary and highly exciting interpretation of a trike. Its harmoniously balanced design projects the properties of safety and vitality at a single glance. It facilitates a new form of trike mobility by integrating a mid-mounted engine directly into the frame: the high-performance Shimano Steps pedelec motor can be switched in when needed and thus enhances the trike’s operating range. The integration is formally well conceived and made possible by a unique geometry, leading to an optimal weight distribution. That makes the use of the pedelec motor possible, supporting the rear wheel drive – the Kross thus features a rear drive and all the advantages this brings with. In addition, the outstanding riding comfort of the Kross is achieved through the well-balanced combination of an equally innovative 80 mm travel full-suspension system with independent wheel suspension of the rear axle, complemented by a differential gear. This allows users to ride the trike even on curvy, hilly and unsurfaced roads, without compromising on riding comfort and operability. Furthermore, safety is ensured by a high-performance disc brake system. Last but not least, the high riding pleasure with the Kross is further enhanced by the wide, knobby tyres. Thanks to an extraordinary design, the trike thus turns into a means of transport offering a new, highly exciting experience.
