The sculptural, mainly wood-built church is situated in the middle of Kuokkala’s market place and points in an east-west direction. Its outer shape represents current architectural trends, but also contains historical allusions. The stone walls outline the functions and outer limits of the building plot. The functional areas of the church are located on three levels, with the offices looking onto the market.
