LG BECON Energy manages the use of electricity, gas and water in buildings through sensors and controls installed in power outlets as well as lighting, heating and cooling systems, and connects them to form a network. The system allows for the anticipation of energy use, the reduction of current consumption and ultimately the saving of energy by using, for example, curve diagrams and bar charts. It has a user-friendly design; the energy requirements of all facilities in the building can, for instance, be optimally adjusted with a simple slider.
