LINEA e-lock Serie 594E

LINEA e-lock 594E is a castor series for hospital beds with an integrated, motor-controlled locking system. This means that its locking functions are not operated via a foot lever, but electrically. There are three interfaces for this purpose: an interface designed to the customer’s specifications, a panel/cable connection, and a wireless solution. In the event of a power outage, the castor can be unlocked manually.

Statement by the Jury

In contrast to mechanical solutions this electric adjustment system with remote control has a longer service life and reduces strain on medical staff considerably. The plain castor housing discreetly conceals and safely protects the technology.
