The physical and mental impacts of regular nocturnal activities cannot be underestimated. Research shows that sleep quality is the primary health risk for night workers, yet solutions are limited. Liora is a personalised light therapy solution designed to optimise sleep for night shift workers. The product consists of smart glasses for light therapy, a ring for collecting biometric data, and an app service for personalised management. Liora's glasses and ring are designed for daily wear. Unlike medical-looking devices used primarily at home, Liora enables therapy anytime, anywhere. The system syncs with personal schedules to recommend optimal light therapy timing for irregular work hours. Wearable tracking of circadian rhythms ensures optimised sleep quality and well-being. When blue light exposure should be avoided, the UI automatically shifts to red tones to protect the userís natural sleep cycle. Liora employs light therapy technology, which uses specific wavelengths of light to regulate circadian cycles, to improve sleep disorders. Light therapy is delivered through the glasses based on biometric data collected through the ring and work/sleep schedules entered into the service. In addition, the service helps manage sleep quality by tracking the userís circadian rhythm. Red Dot Award: Design Concept | Red Dot: Next Gen Award | Concept | Healthcare
