Mahogany

Mahogany cutlery has been designed to highlight the functional aspect of a utilitarian object by featuring the manufacturing process of creating cutlery. The top surface of the cutlery heads are highly polished, while the underside of the spoons and forks is satined, adding a sensory textured experience when placed in the mouth. The edges of the handles are finished with crafted radii to ensure a delicate ergonomic feeling in the hand, whilst a varying thickness of the handles ensures a balanced weight distribution.
