The design concept of the Mijia Smart pressure cooker is based on reducing the cooking time by half and thus meeting the requirements of fast food preparation. For this purpose, the pressure cooker is equipped with an innovative electromagnetic valve for pressure control. Thereby, the maximum cooking pressure of up to 70 kPa can be achieved for efficient cooking. The compact and homogeneous appearance is created by a recessed locking mechanism.
