Minna Bank’s app impresses with a design that is precisely tailored to the target group of digital natives. Customers are immediately attracted by the comic-like impression of the charming illustrations and thus by the projected ease with which the app makes banking transactions possible. This design strategy is groundbreaking for the communication and visual appearance of financial institutions, which until now have primarily cultivated a very serious image.
