The MOMENT teapot was designed for turning the preparation and enjoyment of tea into a celebration. “The vessel has a flat shape so that the tea leaves can circulate freely in the hot water, enhancing the aroma and flavour of the beverage. The curved handle is reminiscent of a traditional Japanese pattern that looks like flowing water. In this way, tradition has been cleverly integrated into the design to evoke Asian culture through the hot beverage,” said the jury. The handle reduces wrist strain by more than 30 per cent compared to a standard handle on a teapot with the same capacity.
