NAURA Vacuum Equipment Series

Two systems form the core of the NAURA Vacuum Equipment Series: a roll-to-roll coating system and a crystal growing system. Both support the efficient coating of lithium-ion batteries, among other things. The very functionally designed coating system ensures a film uniformity of five per cent at a high speed of 10 to 20 metres per minute, while the crystal growing system, including a special oven, offers automated temperature and process control as well as an intelligent lifting and turning unit.
