The concept of the Nero ham holder is based on an innovative ball joint mechanism that allows more flexibility with regard to rotation, positioning and cutting. Hooked up, the ham is self-supporting without touching the ham board underneath. Accordingly, the ham board is easy to clean. The ham holder can be installed without the base, for example, on a worktop, a table or on the wall, thus saving space.
