The Multiple and Precise Neuromodulatory Virtual Reality Rehabilitation (VRehab) Wearable Device is a non-invasive neuromodulatory therapeutic system that performs VR-audiovisual therapy, transcranial electric stimulation, and laser acupoint therapy. The virtual reality headset features an adjustable head circumference design and provides immersive 3D holographic image stimulation. Innovative binaural beats neuromodulatory stimulation uses frequency-following response to activate specific brain areas. Brain region-targeted transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) is magnetically embedded on the headset's left rear side, designed to functionally stimulate specific brain regions and effectively promote visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor function recovery. The innovative gel-free comb-shaped silicone electrodes use a comb-within-comb design to provide a globally recognised safe current of less than 2 mA through multiple contacting areas. Low-Level Laser Acupoint Stimulation (LLLAS) was embedded into the headset's right rear side via magnetic attraction. It can be controlled with one finger and projects light to stimulate the GV20/EX-HN1 acupoints, activating brain neural activity and enhancing cerebral circulation. The Neuromodulatory VRehab Wearable Device is designed to synchronise and integrate with exercise bike equipment to enhance treatment efficacy, enjoyment, and the user's motivation.
