Novy Undercover

Novy Undercover is an induction cooking surface that lies concealed beneath a worktop made of Dekton, a high-tech mineral material. This makes it possible to cook directly on the surface. Fine markings and discreet LED displays identify the cooking zones without interrupting the continuous, multifunctional work surface. A wireless controller combining a dial and a touchscreen is used to control the system. For added safety, a red LED residual heat indicator can be projected onto the floor.
