The Nysa Vessel washbasin represents a new expression of a contemporary Indian bathroom. It is conceived as a centrepiece to satisfy the desire to personalise the space. Inspired by the shape of a flower petal, the design breaks with the monotony of traditional shapes. The form of the drain cover compliments the angular shape and elegantly conceals the drain for a graceful flow of water.
Statement by the Jury
With the Nysa Vessel washbasin, the flower petal-inspired shape is impressively translated into an expressive design. The functionality of the drain additionally underlines this aesthetic.
