Ograte is a two-way speed grater that impresses with extremely sharp cutting edges. The photochemically etched blades allow for grating in two directions, as well as in a circular motion on the underside. The jury was also convinced by other features, “The non-slip foot provides enhanced control when grating on smooth surfaces, doubles as a cutting-board scraper and can be hooked on to the edge of a bowl for efficient work. The unique safety cover protects the razor-sharp blades and ensures safe storage."
