The RFID one-channel reader OM-E47 has been designed for industrial use in harsh environments and wide temperature ranges. The striking appearance of the octagonal housing in matte black reflects the robustness of the device. Innovative cooling fins optimise the cooling airflow and increase the area for radiation of heat. To allow installation on exterior walls, the housing has been designed in such a way that rainwater can drain off optimally with regard to fluid mechanics.
