Omix

Omix is a portable analyser designed for comprehensive quality assessment of coffee beans, distinguished by its soft design with flowing curves. Interchangeable containers enable the analysis of products at different processing stages – from fresh cherries to ground coffee. At the touch of a button, the device measures key parameters such as moisture content and bean density. Results are displayed clearly on a colour screen and can also be managed via a dedicated app.
