The Orca 11” chef’s knife combines five functions in one cutting tool and can additionally be used as a mezzaluna knife. The unconventionally curved contour of the blade is reminiscent of the whale with the same name. An ergonomic handle makes cutting and chopping easier. The balance between the handle and the blade protects the wrist when the full length of the blade is used. The German stainless steel blade is highly durable and its seamless design provides bacteria control.
