Panda

The Panda network camera has a compact design and was conceived for home security. Its movable mounting bracket allows for a pan range of 0 to 360 degrees at a tilt range of 0 to 90 degrees. With its built-in infrared LEDs, the camera produces clear images even under poor lighting conditions. In addition, it features a microphone and an infrared sensor for detecting human bodies.

Statement by the Jury

This network camera has a likeable design with a front side that is reminiscent of a face. Despite its high technical functionality, the device appears to be a comprehensible everyday object.
