PDP Pen touch TV (PM9700, PT300)

The PDP Pen touch TV has a touch display that is operated with a pen. The user interface can be handled intuitively, for instance when drawing images on the screen or when accessing the content of a computer connected to the television. The pen has a traditional shape with which the user is already familiar. The charging station, shaped as an ink bottle, adds to the pleasant overall impression.

Statement by the Jury

This TV convinced the jury with its innovative control concept, which had previously been reserved for smartphones and tablet PCs. The result is an interactive device that is easily operated.
