Perm National Research Polytechnic University has undergone a process of strategic repositioning and now presents itself as a brand that is up to the challenges of a radically changed world. The logo is based on a black square as a symbol of integrity. A white beam cuts through the square, breaking up the closed form – a sign of the flow of people and knowledge from the university into the world and vice versa. Together, the two shapes form the Russian letter P as in Perm Polytech.
