The PORTS office furniture product line was designed for managers who strive for a less formal, more open and equality-oriented relationship among company staff. This furniture aims to reinterpret traditional spatially manifested, status-oriented leadership by promoting a collaborative working atmosphere in the form of few furniture elements that are new in their functionality. Comprising the three collections of PORTS Table, Lounge and Storage, the product family was adapted in form and functionality to changing scenarios in busy workspaces. Promoting a new approach towards collaboration, the product line has been designed to be easily customisable and multifunctional. The lounge furniture serves not only as a comfortable place for relaxing, but thanks to a new seat tilt adjustment, it also allows ergonomically optimised working at a laptop. The shelf, which looks simple at first glance but acts as storage space, can easily unfold into an effective room divider with integrated media options. Featuring an overall appearance of slim lines and an elegant language of form that unifies all elements, this furniture is suitable for use in both meeting rooms and private spaces.
