Adopting the bright and friendly design language of Deutsche Telekom, the app Postcard enables users to send digital photos as real postcards, to edit their photos, enter text easily and select addresses directly in the app. This saves long searches for postcards and stamps while enabling users to share personal emotional moments from the digital world in an analogue way with people who do not own a smartphone. Another attractive aspect of the design is the convenient billing process, whereby the postcards are automatically billed to the user’s mobile phone invoice.
