The Breville Precision Brewer uses innovative technologies to achieve exactly this. The temperature is precisely controlled during the brewing cycle by means of Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) technology. A patented “Steep & Release” system ensures the contact time between water and coffee is optimal, regardless of the brew volume, in order to maximise flavour potential.
