Project X-19

The development of this wristband was inspired by the experience of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a practical accessory that ensures one always has sanitiser to hand. The leak-proof vacuum-locked internal containment system holds sufficient sanitiser for about 20 uses before it needs refilling. Thanks to a magnetic clasp, the wristband fits the curvature of the wrist and is comfortable to wear. Modern colours harmonise with everyday clothing.

Statement by the Jury

The pandemic-related increased need for hygiene is addressed with this innovative sanitiser dispenser in the form of a wristband. Its dynamic shape and friendly colour scheme are pleasing to the eye.
