The cables supplied with the PlayStation 5 have a consistent design line so they can be more easily identified, connected and removed. This line follows the design of the PlayStation 5. The cable connectors feature a simple, rectangular shape with surfaces that curve gently inwards for a softer, more ergonomic form.

Statement by the Jury

The design of the cables emphasises the rigour of the brand identity of the PlayStation 5 and its accessories. The concave surfaces are a nice detail, and one that makes ergonomic sense.
