This sales centre for a real-estate project is located in the famous tea producing area in Yunnan. The tea culture is also the inspiration for the interior design. The visual highlight is an artistic, suspended, wooden construction, at the centre of which is an abstract representation of a tea leaf. This central feature extends over a large portion of the interior. The building has generously sized windows which offer views of the nearby tea mountains and allow for changing light and shade effects.

Statement by the Jury

The key to the success of this interior design is the artistic initiative that admirably reflects the link between the building and its surroundings.
