The exterior comprises straight lines and dark windows set against pristine white shapes. Sunshades and dark thermic glass offer travellers a comfortable ride. The tram interiors are designed to create a light and spacious experience. Subtly-styled seat fabrics and well-detailed stanchions are further examples of the high design quality.
Statement by the Jury
The QF Avenio Tram impresses with an aesthetic and high-quality formal language. Due to very well considered details, it was optimised for use in the hot climate of Qatar.
