The QPT-237 projector shows its advantages in small conference rooms in particular, where it projects a 55” image with 3,000 lumens at a distance of just 1 metre. The projector is turned on or off by sliding the lens cover up or down. Both the power cable plug at the back and the lens cap have been texturised to reduce traces of scratching.
Statement by the Jury
The jury found the idea of designing the lens cap as an on/off switch convincing. In this way, the cap becomes an integral part of the projector and is impossible to lose.
