The QS-M2 needle-free injector is designed for insulin therapy in diabetic patients. The device uses high pressure to inject insulin into the skin without creating an injection hole. This reduces pain and risk of infection to a minimum and avoids a hardening of soft tissue. In addition, the bioavailability of insulin is improved. The system allows for multiple insulin injections after filling the injectors just once. The device must first be unlocked by pressing a button in order for the injection to take place, ensuring that the process is carried out safely.
