Rainbow Island
This rice dish packaging focuses on Taiwan’s indigenous peoples. In order to recall the local rice dish culture and the heritage of the native peoples, the packaging illustrations depict various rural scenes, from harvesting and fishing to music and dance. The overall theme is an indigenous festival, which, of course, is accompanied by delicious food. The abundance of motifs is designed to attract the consumer’s attention. Since the illustrations are implemented as simple line drawings and incorporate lettering, they also function as a link to modern life.
