The digital Rayscan dental X-ray system has an ergonomic design emphasising emotional aspects. The LED lamp, for instance, displays different colours during the examination in order to imbue the patient with an increased sense of well-being, while a ring to hold onto instils additional trust. The device is inspired by the classic architecture of Korean houses, creating a connection between tradition and modern technology. The company logo, a circle, is repeatedly invoked in the system design, thereby creating meaningful unity between the brand and the product. Its user-friendliness is further enhanced through a wireless remote control.

The system’s defining feature is its holistic concept. The recurrent circle motif creates a connection between the device, the brand and the user.
