The distinctive carbon design of the Razorblade 29 stands out due to the flat, blade-shaped linking of the top tube with the frameset’s rear. The resulting comfort provides an extraordinarily dynamic ride, which is also derived from ultra-short chainstays and low head-tube design. The Razorblade 29 combines the beneficial characteristics of 29” wheels with the racy seat position of 26” hard-tail race bikes.

Statement by the Jury

The unusual form language of this dynamic frame with different tube diameters has the advantage of providing heightened stability while tolerating enhanced pressure on the front wheel when riding uphill.
