Re;press is a food waste disposal device that uses mushroom mycelium to convert food waste into eco-friendly cushioning material, which can be used for delivery and shipping. The device includes a food waste and mycelium sawdust mixing blade, as well as a moulded frame for drying. Re;press expands food waste recycling, minimises greenhouse gas emissions, and supports sustainability.
