Typeface
RixRak Variable Font
The RixRak Variable Font (RakVF) is a typeface that contains various styles in a single file, allowing users to modify the properties of the font. It is a font intended for YouTube subtitles, social media and user interfaces in the digital age, designed to encompass both masculine and feminine neutrality in a wide range of contexts. Based on studies, RakVF was reinvented by upgrading modern typefaces from the RixRak series (Rak-Sans and Rak-Serif), which integrated geometric and well-organised features of English into Hangul. The three variable axes of weight, serif and width are adjustable.
