Sandwich Edge

Combining a neutral, simple door design with optical accents should not be a contradiction in terms. The Sandwich Edge creates an exciting design link between the floor and the door. Cross-veneered strips of real wood, that visually match the floor, or coloured lines are inlayed in the edge of a non-rebated, white-painted door. A 3-mm strip of white paint remains visible on either side to produce a smooth transition from the surface of the door to its edge. The Sandwich Edge is an accentuated design element that is specifically intended to be seen only when the door is open.

The design that links an interior door with the floor creates an appealing optical accent not least due to the high quality of the construction.
