The development of the e-banking app Sberbank SME was driven by the idea of efficiency. The idea was to let business clients create essential scenarios without any noise from UI or excess options, thus guaranteeing maximum freedom and minimal steps that must be taken for each scenario. The app can listen to a user’s voice, read sight, and it also supports stylus, keyboard, touchscreen and mouse. It works on various devices – laptop, desktop PC, 2-in-1 device, game console or augmented reality glasses – and thus combines flexible input with device flexibility to constitute an essential part of a customer’s basic workspace.
