The holistic, adaptable and energy-active building envelope encompasses all the functions that influence a building’s energy consumption and integrates them in a consistent and scalable design concept. Two adaptable components, a layer system and a thermo-active wall, reduce the energy consumption of buildings. By means of these adaptable functions, the system ensures optimal energy efficiency, comfort and transparency in any situation.
