Schüco Corporate Sound
The aim of the acoustic identity for Schüco, a leading supplier of high-quality window, door and facade systems, was a sound that is derived from the core of the brand. It was developed using instruments made from the company’s products, such as the “Schüco Phon”, a melodic instrument resembling a vibraphone made from five aluminium profiles cut precisely to the required notes, and a percussion instrument produced from PVC-U insulating bars. This has produced a rhythmically pronounced motif of five notes that unmistakeably sounds like Schüco.
