The Sendai stove is available in two sizes, with a height of 135 cm or 175 cm. Two additional modules make it possible to increase the size of the larger of the two models even further. It can also be fitted with an extra heat-retaining block. The combustion chamber is enclosed with double-glazing on three sides so that the flames can be seen from almost every viewing angle. Sendai has a self-closing combustion chamber door and can be operated as a direct vent stove in houses which have ventilation systems.
Statement by the Jury
Its linear design vocabulary gives the Sendai stove an elegant appearance. The variable height is of great practical benefit.
