The SERVO-U medical ventilator was developed to ensure safety of use for individualised patient treatment. Context-based guidance on the touchscreen and suggestions with conveniently positioned shortcut keys help the medical practitioner to make well-founded decisions. The device can be mounted in many different ways and, due to its ergonomic design, may also be positioned on either side of the patient’s bed.

Statement by the Jury

SERVO-U has an unconventionally slim design for a medical ventilator. Its minimalist form radiates a strong measure of restraint and discretion.
